From a first class to a global standard.
- 2017The first classNelly steps onto a Lagree machine for the first time. The method becomes the work.
- 2018A studio of her ownOfficial Lagree licence holder and co-founder of ShapeUp Istanbul.
- 2021Master TrainerOne of the first official Lagree Master Trainers worldwide, and the only one from outside the US in the first group.
- 2021–23Mandarin Oriental, BodrumShapeUp becomes the first brand to bring Lagree into luxury hotels. Three summers, more than 1,000 guests, 100% satisfaction.
- 2022Into anatomyFunctional anatomy becomes her second discipline, and the reason behind every cue. She has studied anatomy in depth every day since, to keep her knowledge current.
- 2023Mobility and movementCertified mobility and movement trainer.
- 2026DubaiA new home. In February she assists on the main platform, alongside Sebastien Lagree and fellow master trainers, as Dubai sets the Guinness World Record for the largest Lagree class.
- 2026The Master Anatomy SeriesMore than 350 instructors certified across 40+ cities. Her anatomy teaching becomes a series of four online courses.
